Is Pan Indian mythological flick Adipurush going to miss Indian nativity? Looking into the poster design, unsuitability of the title and selection of the cast, some analysts are dubious about the nativity of the film. Here is a briefed analysis.
POSTER DESIGN: In the posters, lord Hanuman lacked divine look and looked ugly and appeared like a beast. This is undoubtedly an offensive move by the makers. Hopefully, the divine look of lord Hanuman is brought back when the film is being canned by the director.
RAAVAN CHARACTER'S SELECTION: We habituated to watch the royalty of SVR in Tollywood and Puneet Issar in Hindi belt in Raavan's roles. It's a million dollar question how far would Saif Ali Khan fit the bill.
FILM'S TITLE: Fans and movie lovers apprehended on the film's title. "Why shouldn't the film's title be 'Ramayan', or 'Lord Sriram' or 'Sundarakanda' or 'Jai Shriram'?", they questioned the makers. "Never ever have we recalled lord Shriram as an 'Adipurush'." they added saying further, "Lord Shiva is called 'Adipurush'.
BOTTOM-LINE: By and large, the film's poster appears as if it were a Hollywood film. But then, if India's best epic is taken the movie's substance, Indian nativity shouldn't be missed under any circumstance. Hopefully, the makers consider all these criticisms seriously and should go further accordingly.
