Janhvi Kapoor, who made her silver screen debut as the heiress of Atiloka Sundari Sridevi, has come under fire for her debut film 'Dhadak'. In comparison to her mother Sridevi in terms of beauty and acting, Janhvi paled completely. From then on many started trolling her comparing her with her mother. Even after her second film Gunjan Saxena -The Kargil Girl, netizens didn't stop trolling her.

Reacting to criticism Janhvi Kapoor said, "I do not mind criticism and try to improve myself. The first film was critically acclaimed after its release. ‘It's good that your mother is not there to watch your movie,’ one commented. That criticism has long been remembered. But it did not bother me. I am always trying to improve myself."

Janhvi Kapoor of late is getting mercilessly trolled along with the other star kids after the shocking demise of Bollywood's talented actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Even her recent release Gunjan Saxena biopic landed in a huge controversy when Indian Air Force took a strong objection at the way the makers highlighted male officers insulting women officers and shot a letter to the Government of India.
