Chiru Postponed Acharya For Charan!

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 152nd film Acharya being helmed by Koratala Siva was initially planned for release during Dussehra. But, due to Corona pandemic and the subsequent lockdown, the film is postponed.

Many expected that, the film would release for Sankranthi. But, makers announced to release the film in summer, with a motion poster that was released for Chiru’s birthday.

What are the reasons that caused the makers postponing the film to summer? As of now, Acharya has completed 40 percent of the shoot. The film’s shoot may resume from October, if things return to normalcy.

It may not a big task for the makers to wrap up remaining portions and release the film for sankranthi. However, it seems, they have postponed the film for Ram Charan.

It is known that, Ram Charan who is producing Acharya will be playing a brief role in the film. He will first complete his part of work for RRR, and then he will join the shoot of Acharya. In the meantime, Acharya makers will wrap up other portions.

Ram Charan is expected to join the shoot of Acharya only in early 2021. Thus, the makers have decided to postpone the film. The reason behind the announcement of releasing the film in summer is to prepare fans that Acharya will not be releasing for sankranthi.

If they hadn’t announced the release time, fans would have pressurized the makers. Now, they can work without any stress and it won’t affect the making process as the deadline is far away!
