Tension gripped among the BJP activists on the possible suicide of the BJP MP Subramanian Swamy. Here is the story.
As is known, the JEE Mains entrance 2020, which permits the students to join prestigious NITS and to write Jee Advanced, has been scheduled between September 1 and 6. On the other hand, NEET will be held on September 13.
The honourable Supreme Court had viewed that further postponement of the exams would lead to the waste of 'Precious Academic Year' of the students.
Students have already been grief-stricken with the delay of the aforementioned exams for four months. In this framework, the BJP's Rajyasabha MP Subramanian Swamy penned a letter to PM Narendra Modi seeking the deferment of the exams after the Diwali festival.
Swamy, particularly, mentioned that there would be suicides if the JEE and NEET are not postponed. Being a responsible politician, he shouldn't have to get such suicidal tendencies.
In spite of Swamy's letter, the union government, that had merely made out the importance of conduct of exams in September, allowed the 'National Testing Agency' (NTA) to conduct the examinations as per the schedule.
Frustrated Subramanian Swamy may go to any sort of extreme with his decision. Hence the government should provide special security to the Rajyasabha MP. (Satire).
