Is This Why NTR Missed A Blockbuster?

Movie lovers cannot forget Bommarillu directed by Bhaskar. Siddharth, Genelia's entertainer which released in 2006 stole the hearts of movie lovers, especially youngsters. Devi Sri Prasad's music, Siddharth, Genelia and Prakash Raj's performances turned out to be the major highlights in the film.

However it is coming out that Bhaskar first contacted Young Tiger NTR with the project and narrated the story. NTR however on many occasions revealed that he missed the blockbuster due to one and only one reason.

NTR said, “Once Dil Raju came and narrated Bommarillu Story. I liked the script but I was very sad that I couldn't do the film due to my image. I many times lamented that I missed a good story. The film cannot do justice to my image. Fans expect powerful dialogues, dances, fights, comedy and heroism elements from me. If I do a film without all those things, it would be injustice to the film."

Currently, NTR is starring in Rajamouli’s RRR co-starring Ram Charan and he has signed a film with Trivikram Srinivas.
