When Sridevi Made Janhvi Feel Uncomfortable

Yesteryear actress Sridevi during her living days dreamed of seeing her daughter Janhvi Kapoor as a heroine and her heir apparent. She had taken due care while taking Janhvi to various film functions and parties. However at times, in her undue care and concern, she even troubled Janhvi.

Once, Sridevi and Janhvi attended Lakme Fashion Week in 2018. In front of everyone even as Janhvi was telling her ‘Mom, pls sab dekh rahe hai’, Sridevi asked her to ‘Shut Up’. Both used to walk on ramp wearing designer dresses at various fashion shows and functions.

In one event Sridevi and Janhvi wore designer Anamika Khanna’s dresses. Janhvi felt uncomfortable as she wore a deep neck blue dress and she started adjusting her neck. Sridevi who observed it, asked her not to give solo poses to papparazi. Sridevi did not listen though Janhvi pleaded with her.

Today, Janhvi Kapoor’s second film Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl has hit the OTT platform (Netflix).
