Shocking: Rajinikanth Next Film Shelved!

Super Star Rajinikanth has been doing films at a supersonic speed even after he announced his entry into politics. Rajini is ready to do two to three films every year. Compared to the past, Rajini has increased his pace in wrapping up his films. He is signing films irrespective of the results of his previous films.

Already Rajinikanth entertained with Darbar this year and is doing Annathe under the direction of Shiva. The film's regular shoot progressed at a brisk pace till March. They planned to release the film during Dasara. But corona spoiled all the plans.

In the midst of all these reports are coming that the film has been shelved. When the makers approached Rajini to resume shooting as TN government gave all the permissions for the shoot, he made it clear that he will not take any risk at present. Sources say Rajini told them that till coronavirus is completely uprooted he will not come out and will stay away from films.

Rajini has been suffering from health problems for quite some time. Under these circumstances, doctors advised him not to take any risk. So Rajini even set aside all the films he committed till now. It is not clear whether Annathe is put on hold for some time or is shelved completely.
