Exact Status of Mahesh Debut Film Rajakumarudu

Prince Mahesh Babu's debut film Rajakumarudu hit the screens on 30 July, 1999 and stood as an above average/successful venture at the box office. Mahesh Babu was projected as the future number of Tollywood with the film. In some of the background shots, we can watch number one cutouts installed to display Mahesh Babu the number one. 

Though the film stood as just a successful venture, producer Aswini Dutt 'ran' the film in 32 direct hundred days. This was an all time record in those days which was later beaten by Mega Power Star Ram Charan's debut film Chirutha with 35 direct hundreds. 

Darshakendrudu K Raghavendra Rao directed the film while then top heroine Preiti Zinta romanced Mahesh Babu. Number one music director Manisharma provided music for the film. Vyjayanthi Movies is the production house.
