Power Star Gets GHMC Shock

Controversial director Ram Gopal Varma got a huge shock from GHMC that slapped a fine of Rs 4000 for releasing the poster flouting the rules and regulations.

Ram Gopal Varma recently promoted his film Power Star by releasing the poster claiming that this was the first poster after lockdown. Recently the film got released on RGV World Theatre. RGV got the poster erected in Hyderabad as a part of the film promotions.

However, a citizen complained to the EVDM department of GHMC alleging that RGV used Government property to promote his film. GHMC after going through the complaint slapped a penalty on him.

EVDM department after responding went to RGV on July 22 and handed him a challan of Rs 4000.

RGV today released the trailer of his upcoming entertainer Murder which is getting a good response on social media.
