Kajal Aggarwal has been getting Rs 2crs as remuneration for all her films. But of late demand for her has been decreasing. So she had no option but to sign Mega Star Chiranjeevi's film Acharya for Rs 1.5crs. But inside talk is Kajal will be slashing her remuneration even further.

Reports are coming that if the makers wrap of the film in less number of days, she is ready to slash her remuneration by another 30 lakhs. The corona impact affected all the industries and brought down the economy and so stars are trying to slash their remuneration. Kajal apart from Acharya has Kamal Haasan's Indian 2.

All heroines in Tollywood may take a pay cut and for heroines like Kajal, Rakul, this will be very high. Kajal is yet to join the Acharya shooting. So she is getting ready to slash her remuneration for the second time so that she doesn't lose the project.

At the same time, Chiranjeevi also needs Kajal. This is because it is becoming difficult for star heroes to find suitable heroines opposite them. So the makers may persist with Kajal in Acharya. Under current circumstances, there are no signs that shooting would resume before October.
