Nag’s Grand Welcome, Deepika Thrilled

In a surprise announcement, the makers of Prabhas 21 revealed that they have roped in Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone as the female lead. Directed by Nag Ashwin, the film is tipped to be a sci-fi flick.

Nag Ashwin took to Twitter to reveal that he needed a Queen to play the female lead. "King ki saripadentha Queen kavali kada mari...chaala alochinchi teesukunna decision idi...pichekkicheddam.. #Prabhas21 #DeepikaPadukone #PrabhasNagAshwin #DeepikaPrabhas ,” wrote Nag Ashwin.

The production house Vyjayanthi Movies tweeted, “As promised, here it is - our next big announcement! WELCOMING THE SUPERSTAR . #Prabhas @deepikapadukone @nagashwin7 @vyjayanthifilms #Prabhas21 #DeepikaPrabhas .”

Apparently, Deepika Padukone is thrilled to foray into Tollywood with a high profile project. “Beyond Thrilled!Cannot wait for what we believe is going to be an incredible journey ahead... #DeepikaPrabhas @nagashwin7 @VyjayanthiFilms #Prabhas ,” she posted.

Prabhas 21 will go on floors, after the young rebel star wraps up Radhe Shyam which is in its last leg of shooting.
