Upasana Introduces a New Treatment for Healing

As we all know, Mega Power Star Ram Charan's wife Upasana is known for posting valuable health tips on her social media platforms. This time, Upasana took to her Twitter account to introduce an interesting healing therapy 'Pranic Healing' 

Pranic healing is a pseudoscientific alternative medicine that claims to utilise "prana," or "life energy", to heal the body. "Prana" is the Sanskrit word for qi. It also uses chakras and acupuncture meridians.   

"Pranic healing helps remove negativity from urlife & teaches each one of us, we have the power to heal. blockage of chakras could be the root cause of many health/ mental issues.I have witnessed a huge change in our & people’s attitudes around us post this," Upasana tweeted.
