Good News! YS Jagan Cancels Balayya's Caste Nandi Awards

Here is a great news to movie lovers who were disgusted with the biased Nandi awards for a long time. Since award committee chairmen and members used to indulge in conferring awards to their relatives and close aides, Nandi awards turned laughing stock among the people. 

Long back, late jealous director turned the reason for Mega Power Star Ram Charn missing the Nandi award. A few top heroes were given Nandi awards as their close relatives would act as Nandi chairmen. 

And the situation turned pathetic when Nandi awards for 2014, 2015 and 2016 were announced on caste biased parameters. TDP government encouraged these caste Nandi awards. Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna, himself, acted as the chairman and ensured he would get Nandi best actor for Legend film. 

However, there was a huge uproar on the awards announced by Balakrishna and team then which resulted in indefinite postponement of the awards. 

As we know, Megastar Chiranjeevi along with the cine celebs met the AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy the other day. YS Jagan assured the celebs to revive Nandi award presentations. 

However, here comes the twist. The YCP government cancelled the caste biased awards announced by Balakrishna and team for 2014, 2015 and 2016. Instead, the YCP government would present the awards from 2019-20 onwards. A great decision indeed for all film lovers.
