Not just because Telugu being the mother tongue, Telugu language is considered to be the most beautiful language in the world. Especially, some unique Idioms have made Telugu language enriched with great literal values. 

Telugu people use many interesting Idioms in their regular flow and usage of language quite naturally. "మా తాతలు నేతులు తాగారు. మా మూతులు వాసన చూడండి." ( It means, "My predecessors achieved great things and so please treat us as their equals") is one of the thought provoking and fun-filled idiom. 

Some heroes of cine field and celebs of other industries, who can't achieve great things like their fathers and grandfathers, always boast about the qualities of their fathers' and grandfathers handsomeness, their achievements.etc. 

"These people never care about the feelings of others and shamelessly indulge in extreme flattery of their predecessors. By doing so repeatedly make them laughing stock which can never be understood by them. Irony is that most of these people are actually the backstabbers and conspirators of their predecessors," explains a psychologist who is good at Telugu Idioms.
