SSC Exams Cancelled! Injustice to Merit Students

Having dilly-dallied for quite a couple of hours on Monday, the Telangana government has taken  a pivotal decision on the conduct of Ssc public examinations. The government decided to cancel the examinations. Instead, the education department will promote all the 5,34,903 students, who were supposed to take the examinations.

The TS education department will award various grades based on the internal assessment of the students including their performances in Summative Assessment and Pre Final Examinations. 

This sensational decision had to be taken by the TS government after the high court directed the government to conduct examinations everywhere excluding the GHMC area. Now that it has turned out to be a colossal task to conduct the examinations excluding GHMC area, the government contemplated that it'd be better the examinations are cancelled. 

As is known, the pandemic has turned outrageous in Hyderabad which resulted in a huge spike of corona positive cases.

Meanwhile, merit students and the educationists are lamenting with the cancellation of Ssc examinations as there would be a great injustice to the merit students while several students who exhibit under performance in their schooling will pass Ssc without taking any sort of pain.
