Yesteryear beauty Raasi revealed that Balakrishna in the first instance scared her. The actress who shot to fame romancing Power Star Pawan Kalyan in Gokulamlo Seetha starred as a child actress in Balakrishna's Bala Gopalam. Recollecting her experience with Balakrishna she said, in Bala Gopalam even Kalyan Ram starred.

She said, “Later I starred with Balakrishna in Krishna Babu. During that time I got very scared. I was a child during Bala Gopalam. So that was ok. But I was the female lead in Krishna Babu and I was scared as to how Balakrishna will accept me. But my fears turned out to be false.

Balakrishna was very nice. When I got down from the car, Balakrishna was already seated in the sets. Even before I could wish, he asked me 'Ela Unnavu. Ilaa Raa'. So I at once became cool".
