YS Jagan Tit for Tat Strategy on English Medium

Aiming at high quality English Medium education to poor and needy sections, the AP's government took a revolutionary decision to convert all the existing media to English Medium sections from the schools of all managements. 

In accordance, the government released G.O.Nos.81 and 85 which recommend English Medium sections from classes 1 to 6. Further, a class each upto class 10 will be converted into English Medium per each academic year. 

Leaving a huge shocker to the government, the AP high court declared above G.Os null and void. In lieu of appealing appealing at the supreme court, the government took the G.Os back and got them cancelled. 

YSRCP governemnt has now initiated a strategic move to implement English Medium under any circumstances. Subsequently, a proforma has been prepared in which parents of all the students should give their willingness/non-willingness on the EM. And this survey will be carried out by village volunteers across the state. 

Since more than 90% parents are expected to give their consent their kids studied at EM sections, the government may go with EM education in schools. The rest of the parents, who wish to let their children educated in Telugu medium students have to join their kids at single TM school located in a Mandal headquarter. 

It remains to be seen how well the YSRCP government would achieve its goal introducing EM education in the state.
