KCR's Helicopter Shot Failed?

One of the signature styling shots of former Indian skipper Dhoni is 'Helicopter Shot'. Interestingly, when Telangana CM Kcr used the words 'Helicopter Money', people recalled Dhoni's helicopter shot. 

Kcr, who chaired a press meet a couple of days ago, said the RBI could distribute an emergency fund which is called 'Helicopter Money' to the states at an intense crisis of spread of the epidemic coronavirus. 

According to Kcr a sum of 203 lakh crore helicopter money is possessed by India in which Telangana state would get a share Rs.10 lakh crores. Said Kcr, "The state would receive the money soon."

However, the latest address of RBI governor Shakthikanth Das is a sheer disappointment. Nothing of that sort as Kcr anticipated is happening given the RBI governor's speech nor union government is also not interested in letting helicopter money distributed among states. 

All in all Kcr's helicopter shot seems to have been failed.
