Lockdown 2 Strategy Leaked to YS Jagan But Not to KCR & Other CMs?

AP CM Ys Jagan Mohan Reddy was one among the few chief ministers who raised voice on partial lifting of lockdown from April 15. The meeting, as is know n was held by prime minister Narendra Modi.

Also, the AP CM came up with a unique proposal appealing the PM to impose lockdown and subsequent restrictions based on the green, orange and red zones. Lo and behold, YS Jagan was trolled for his proposal. Telangana CM KCR, however, demanded the PM to the strict implementation of lockdown for two more weeks. Many other CMs echoes him. 

Strangely, YS Jagan's proposal is said to have taken seriously by the union government and is all set to implement the same from April 15. 

But then, critics have smelt a rat if the 'Lockdown 2' strategy of the union government was leaked to YSRCP from his close sources in Delhi. And that's why, YS Jagan dared to came up with the proposal of implementation of lockdown based on zones. 

Whatsoever, YS Jagan's proposal of lifting and relaxing lockdown in green and orange zones is lauded by the people.
