Uday Kiran's Sensational Commitment

Whether anyone accepts it or not, Uday Kiran was one of the superstars of Tollywood. Even the heirs of top stars didnot have such sensational start. Uday Kiran created a sensation with hat-trick of blockbusters. Thus he created a sensation not only in Tollywood but across the south.

Seeing Uday Kiran's iconic and meteoric rise, Megastar Chiranjeevi himself came forward to get his daughter married to him. But with the marriage not taking place, Uday Kiran's stardom came down crashing. After suffering from 2004 for ten years, Uday Kiran ended his life committing suicide in 2014.

Even though six years passed away after Uday Kiran's suicide, movie lovers still cannot forget their lover boy. Sunil shared screen presence with Uday Kiran in the blockbusters like Manasantha Nuvve, Nuvvu Nenu, Sriram and Holi. Sunil recollected an incident of Uday Kiran in the shooting spot.

Sunil said, "Teja in one film for a running race shoot, roped in real runners for the film. He asked Uday Kiran and me to run with them. During the film shoot, Uday Kiran came first in the race with the real runners. When I asked him how he ran the race at such a pace, Uday Kiran told me that he got used to run to catch buses during childhood and it helped him."
