Natasimha Balakrishna never appears in full public gaze without a wig. In the midst of all this, Balakrishna shocked all by appearing with a tonsured head recently. This triggered speculation that Balakrishna who is starring in the direction of Boyapati Srinu, tonsured his head to leave all stunned in the never seen before the role of an Aghora.

Balakrishna's close aides however rubbished all those rumors saying he went to temple town of Tirumala and had his head tonsured while offering his prayers to Lord Venkateswara. But with the confirmed reports that Balakrishna is playing the role of an Aghora in Boyapati Srinu's direction, rumors around his head tonsure resurfaced.

Meanwhile, shocking news is coming out that Balakrishna did not tonsure his head for his role as Aghora. Buzz is he recently underwent a hair transplant procedure and so he cannot wear a wig. This is the reason why he is looking different than the normal self. Balakrishna underwent a hair transplant following the advice of his close aides.
