According to a general sense, Telangana is a neo rich state of India which is getting developed in all sectors. On the contrary, everyone showers mercy on Andhra Pradesh state as it being a residuary state post the bifurcation and has no world's top class city like Hyderabad of Telangana.
It seems, in reality, aforementioned views are utterly wrong. For an instance, AP employees are getting more salary than TS employees. In fact, Kcr looked to be so generous about employees announcing Telangana special increment to the employed right away after assuming power in 2014.
However, in a pathetic state of affairs, not a single penny was hiked by the TRS government except some regular DAs. Sadly, the PRC report's tenure is extended to December, 2020 which stands an unprecedented delay. In a mere contrast, YS Jagan's government hiked 27% salary to employees in the form of 'Interim Relief (IR)'. As a result, AP employees are getting 27% more salary than TS employees.
According to another instance, AP government merged APSRTC into the government but TS government failed to do so.
Why this discrimination between the governance of TS and AP? Is Kcr converting all funds to the schemes like 'Mission Bhageeratha' and more or is it his mis-governance? Or Actually AP is richer than TS? The answers should be given only by TRS top brass like Kcr or KTR.
