The Revenue department's press release on the details of recent IT raids in various places of AP has created tremors among the political circles of the state. The press statement reads that the raids were carried out in 40 locations and Rs.2000 crore unaccounted money was seized by the IT sleuths.
Much to the embarrassment of the Tdp's top brass, the IT department targeted the former CM Chandrababu Naidu's PS Pendyala Srinivas.
But then, who is behind these raids? Is YSRCP alone letting these raids carried out on Tdp leaders' properties? No way! Unless the BJP led union government directed the IT wing, the raids couldn't have been conducted by them.
Perhaps, YCP collaborated the BJP to smash the Tdp in AP. Of course, both the parties aim for political gains. The BJP can get strengthened by weakening the Tdp in the state while the Tdp can't be an obstacle for the YSRCP's administrative decisions in the state.
