Trivikram Srinivas is one of the finest writers and directors in Tollywood. However, the director was criticized numerous times for copy-pasting scenes and stories from Hollywood and other language films. He didn’t give credit to novelist Yaddanapudi Sulochana Rani for adopting the story of A Aa from her novel Meena. Later, Trivikram called on press to clarify on the matter.
Coming to the actual point, a writer named Krishna who penned story for NTR’s Subbu claims that Trivikram cheated on him by copying his story for Ala Vaikunthapurramloo. As per sources, Krishna narrated the story to Trivikram in 2005 and registered the same in 2013. Nonetheless, Krishna was shocked to see even his quotes were copied, though few changes in characterizations were made.
Krishna is said to have met Trivikram few times, but the star director avoided him completely. The last time, when they met, Trivikram told him that, it was coincident, but he didn’t copy the story. Krishna is not getting any support from the industry and he’s planning to lodge a complaint.
It has to be seen how Trvikram reacts to these allegations?
