Naughty NTR's NO To Films

Young Tiger Ntr showed his acting prowess as a child actor in his debut film Ramayanam under the direction of Gunasekhar produced by MS Reddy. The film went on to win the best film award at the national level under Children's category.

Many children starred in the film and the film unit had a tough time coNtrolling them. They never used to sit in one place and especially Ntr who played the role of Rama used to be extremely naughty.

He used to break the bows much to the angst of the makers. Gunasekhar got a special bow made of teak wood for the Siva Dhanushu scene. He also got the duplicate of the bow ready for the same scene.

While the film unit was making preparations to shoot the scene, Ntr along with the other kids started lifting the duplicate bow. After they lifted the bow easily, they started searching for the original bow made of teak wood. None could lift them and Ntr with great difficulty lifted it but unable to balance, he fell down. In the process, the bow got broken and Gunasekhar got extremely angry and scolded Ntr.

Ntr at that time refused to act in the film saying 'I will not do the film, I will go'. With great difficulty, the makers pampered Ntr to continue with the shoot. But Ntr continued with his naughty acts. While the makers were shooting scenes on children dressed as monkeys, Ntr started pulling their tails and mouths. Even when they went to shoot forest scenes on them at Chalakudi, while children were facing trouble, shooting in the cold weather without shirts, Ntr used to tease them by pricking them with the arrows.
