Family Members Opposing Super Star’s Entry

Super Star Rajinikanth enjoys huge fan following and many get influenced by his words and actions especially in Tamil Nadu. This was proven when he played a key role in the defeat of a ruling party in Tamil Nadu sometime back when going by his call, people voted against the ruling dispensation. But every time Rajinikanth's charisma didn’t work and another time, Rajini got a huge shock when people didn’t heed to his call.

For many decades Rajini postponed his political entry despite pressure from various parties. But following the tragic demise of the then CM Jayalalithaa, he decided to take a plunge. However, though he announced his political entry, till now he didn’t fight the direct political battle. This is unlike Kamal Haasan who launched his party Makkal Neethi Maiyam and also fought the last elections.

Many say Rajini is in two minds and his political statements too gave conflicting signals. Sources say though many got super excited with Kamal and Rajini indulging in a joint photograph and then saying they would join hands for the benefit of Tamil Nadu people, this may not happen as Kamal already is in mid way between doable and probable while Rajini decided not to enter into politics.

A source close to Rajini says the super star will not enter politics as he doesn't know abcd of it but instead promote his political ideology and leanings through his films. There is a feeling growing that Rajini cannot cope up with the political backstabbing and with his simple and honest ways, he will be like a fish out of pond which affect his health

Sources say Rajini's family members are against his political entry and is pressurizing him not to proceed ahead with his plans.
