Rajamouli Stunning Take On Lord Rama, Krishna

Tollywood Jakkana Rajamouli who revolutionized the filmmaking on Indian silver screen with his magnum opus Baahubali which created a sensation at the international arena has come up with a stunning take on Lord Rama and Lord Krishna.

It is known that Baahubali got the rare honor when it became the first non English film to be screened at the famous Royal Albert Hall in London, England.

The entire cast and crew of Baahubali who attended the screening got a standing ovation. Later interacting with the London scribes, he came with a stunning take on various issues.

Comparing Amarendra Baahubali in Baahubali with Lord Rama, he said, “Amarendra Baahubali has all the qualities of Lord Rama. If we compare the qualities of Lord Rama and Lord Krishna, Lord Krishna's role suits the commercial story. This because Lord Rama has only one lady in his life and the story is boring. But Lord Krishna has many interesting and romantic elements in his life with 20 gopikas.

Rama abide by his father and emotional and these qualities do not suit our commercial storyline. That is the reason Krishna's story will be wonderful. While Rama has 50 temples, Krishna has only one. That is the reason when the story of Rama was written; mass characters like Lakshmana and Hanuman were written in a powerful manner. They went to the extent of giving their lives for Rama. That is the reason everyone gets connected to Rama and we do not tolerate anyone utters a word against Rama. But we do not take people who criticize Krishna seriously. Since Kattappa role in Baahubali is like Hanuman in Ramayana, everyone got connected."
