Will Nag Bounce Back With This Remake?

King Nagarjuna got huge shocks at the box office with films like Officer, Devdas and more recently Manmadhudu 2. More than anything else Nagarjuna's image took a denting with Manmadhudu 2 in which he indulged in intense lip-locks, intimate scenes with actress young enough to be his daughters.

Nagarjuna is currently busy hosting reality show Bigg Boss 3 and also has Soggade Chinni Nayana sequel Bangarraju with Kalyan Krishna. Now inside talk is Nagarjuna is planning to star in the remake of a Bollywood hit Ride which released in 2018. Ajay Devgn and Ileana starred in this film.

Sunil Narang of Asian Cinemas is keen to produce the film and Nag is very interested to reprise the role of an Income Tax officer played by Ajay Devgn in the film. Sources reveal the makers are planning to rope in a popular actor to reprise Saurabh Shukla's role in the remake version. More details are awaited.
