When governments change, the colors of the government buildings, officers, furniture, public transport system and even on roads, dividers will change according to the parties. People are witness to such changes since times immemorial. Colors try to remind people of the party in power in a particular state.
Of late, opposition parties in AP have been alleging that after coming to power, YSRCP is trying to change the colors favorable to its party symbol. Earlier when YSRCP was in opposition, it made a similar allegation against the then ruling party Tdp accusing of turning everything yellow.
Recently village secretariat office in Dundiralapadu, Gampalagudem mandal was painted white and green colors. However, few Tdp workers tried to paint it back to yellow colors.
To the top of it, they pasted Young Tiger Jr NTR's power in the place of AP CM, YSRCP chief Jagan Mohan Reddy. This resulted in a huge controversy and scuffle and war of words between Tdp and YSRCP. Police entered and registered cases on 17 people.
