Janasena chief Power Star Pawan Kalyan visited Mathri Sadan near Haridwar and met ashram guruji Swami Shivananda Maharaj and waterman Rajendra Singh.
Mr Rajendra Siongh, the recipient of Raman Magsaysay award recently met Janasenan chief at the latter's party office and invited him the first death anniversary of noted educationist and religious guru GD Agarwal who sacrificed his life for purification of river Ganga.
Shivananda Maharaj described how industries and the governments are resorting to pollute river Ganga. He requested Pawan Kalyan to fight for Ganga purification down South. Rajendra Singh, who offered a traditional turban to Pawan Kalyan, said he knows that fighting skills of Janasena chief on various issues. Rajendra Singh saw GD Agarwal's fighting skills in Janasena chief.
Earlier, Pawan Kalyan visited the grave of Nigamananda Saraswathi, who observed 115 days fast-unto-death for Ganga purification.
