Prince Mahesh Babu's army officer's getup was unveiled by team Sarileru Neekevvaru on the eve of Mahesh Babu's birthday. Nevertheless, Mahesh Babu received brickbats from critics and was trolled in social media for neglecting some crucial aspects of the getup. 

Most importantly, Mahesh's army officer's getup was compared with Stylish Star Allu Arjun's getup in Naa Peru Surya. Differentiating both the get ups, critics are citing the following blunders of Mahesh Babu's getup. 

* Allu Arjun had army haircut done while Mahesh Babu neglected it. He didn't even get his whiskers cut.

* Body fitness was maintained by Allu Arjun with rigorous work outs while Mahesh didn't. 

* Allu Arjun had cleanly shaven face while Mahesh Babu hadn't.

Fans and movie lovers are now appealing Mahesh Babu to show more attention and concentration in the makeovers of roles provided for him. "A simple change in costumes isn't called a makeover. A makeover needs a complete transformation of character with the changes of physique and body language," says a critic.
