370's Revoke: The Best Historical Decision

Article 370, which offers special rights to Kashmiris, will no longer be in force in the paradise on the earth. The union government boldly revoked article 370 and article 35A, the part of article 370 on Monday. 

This is considered to be the best ever historical decision ever taken by any government in Independent India. And then, what could be said an appreciable factor is that the resolution was passed on a tranquil note with the best strategy adopted by the top brass of the BJP. 

The Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Minister of Home Affairs Amit Shah deserve all the accolades with their dauntless move on the countermand of article 370. 

WHAT IS ARTICLE 370?: 

* Article 370 came into force in 1949 post the pact of then PM Jawaharlal Nehru and Kashmir PM. The article provides special rights to Kashmiri citizens.

* The article allowed Kashmiris to establish their own constitution. They were given rights to constitute a separate flag. Besides, they had property rights and 'outsiders' were denied to acquire lands and other properties. 

* Indian government had no right to intervene to repeal people's rights except in deploying military during wars and financial matters. 

WHAT IS ARTICLE 35A?:

* This is the part of article 370 which was introduced through a presidential order in 1954. 

* This article forbade outsiders settling in Kashmir, owning properties, getting government jobs and others. 

* The most pathetic side of this article, which was also referred to as the Permanent Residents Law, is that any girl who gets married to a man from out of state would lose her property rights and the provision even extends to that woman's children. However, if a Pakistani married to a Kashmiri girl, he would get Kahsmir citizenship. How ridiculous it is! Obviously, they are turning terrorists and are doing boundless harm to India. 

HEREAFTER, WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN KASHMIR?

* All the rules and guidelines suggested by Indian constitution will merely be implemented in Kashmir.

* Henceforth, any Indian can purchase a land in Kashmir and can twirl moustache proclaiming that he had a land on the paradise on the earth. Above all, one can marry a Kashmiri girl and can get settled there. How nice this heart tickling thought is! 

INDIAN GOVERNMENT SHOULD BE AWARE OF JOKERS AND CONSPIRATORS:

* while entire nation is overjoyed and is celebrating the occassion to the apogee, some jokers are seen quashing the government's bold decision while some conspirators are scripting strategies how they could foil the policy decision being taken  by the government. The government should checkmate the strategies of those spoilers in style.
