Saaho Fictional City Unknown Facts

Young Rebel Star Prabhas’s upcoming film Saaho is hogging the media limelight for its action scenes and intense content. Movie lovers across the country are waiting to enjoy the visual extravaganza when the film releases on August 30th. 

In the meantime everyone is awe struck at the budget of the film and some secrets are coming out about the extravagant sets erected and the action scenes choreographed by the Hollywood stuntmen.

Now inside talk is a fictional city has been created for Saaho similar to the lines of Gotham city in Batman Series. Production designer Sabu Cyril worked hard for 2 years and created a larger than life universe spending a whopping Rs 65crs for the design.

Sabu Cyril visited Abu Dhabi eight times to recreate the replica of the desert. Sujeeth along with Cyril created a team of 300 artists comprising of digital compositors and visual effect artists. Cyril with their help recreated the desert atmosphere in Hyderabad.

Danilp Bollettini, special effects supervisor of Wonder Woman and Avengers: Age of Ultron, VFX supervisor Kamalakannan and 20 members worked for Saaho at insistence of Prabhas. Sabu is super excited and said he recreated the setup in Abu Dhabi for the geographical availability and advantages.
