King Nagarjuna is keen to woo lady luck which is playing hide and seek with him with the help of sequels. Already he is romancing hot babe Rakul Preet Singh in Manmadhudu sequel and is planning to entertain as Bangarraju, prequel for his hit film Soggade Chinni Naayana. He is planning to entertain as Bangarraju during Sankranthi in 2020. However sources reveal that the film hit a roadblock.

Many are under the impression that Nagarjuna's commitment to Bigg Boss reality show is the reason. Nag won't be busy with the reality show which would go on for 100days. He needs to shoot for just two days during the weekend.

Inside talk is makers roped in talented cutie Keerthy Suresh for the lead role in Bangarraju. Due to this reason, Keerthy agreed for the special role in Manmadhudu 2 and she shot for her role in overseas. But for some reason, what happened in overseas, what flaws Keerthy saw in Bangarraju, she shocked Nag's team sending a message that she can't do Bangarraju.

It is quite difficult for the makers to find suitable heroine for Nag in a short time when industry is facing heroines’ shortage. So Nag changed Bangarraju release plan and decided to think about it leisurely in a calm and relaxed manner.
