Sandeep Reddy’s Upper Hand Over Salman

It took 14 days for Salman Khan starrer film to reach 200 crore mark. But, a Telugu director’s film surpassed the mark in 13 days. The Bollywood super star’s last outing Bharat which released during Eid amidst huge expectations and long weekend has reached 200 cr mark in 14 days, whereas Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Kabir Singh crossed the milestone by yesterday (13 days).

Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani starrer Kabir Singh, an official remake of Telugu hit Arjun Reddy, is unstoppable at box office, despite receiving backlash from critics. The film crossed 50 cr in 3 days, 100 cr in 5 days, 150 cr in 9 days, 175 cr in 10 days and finally 200 cr mark in 13 days, to become fastest to reach the mark in 2019.

In its third week, Kabir Singh is continuing to rake good numbers at box office and it is expected to end as one of the highest grosser.

Buzz is that, Sandeep Reddy Vanga is planning to make his next film with Salman Khan.
