Ace director SS Rajamouli never shies away from appreciating good work of actors and directors. He watches films of actors and filmmakers close to him and lend his support to them by sharing his views on the films. However, he usually encourages films of popular actors with whom he shares good rapport.
On the flip side, of late, director Sukumar is also appreciating good films. But, unlike Rajamouli, he is encouraging small time films of not-so-popular actors. He recently heaped praises on the cast and crew of Falaknuma Das directed by its lead actor Vishwak Sen.
Now, Sukumar has posted his review on Agent Sai Srinivas Athreya which hit the screens yesterday. “#AgentSaiSrinivasaAthreya is a new age interesting thriller. Director #Swaroop garu has a unique narrative style. Brilliant writing, fantastic acting, excellent cinematography, accurate set design and gripping score! Naveen Polishetty totally aced his role. He deserves all the accolades he is receiving. Much love and Hearty Congratulations to the entire team,” he posted.
Actually, it doesn’t require positive appreciation for films of popular actors. But, some encouraging words on small time films will surely boost up their prospects. Sukumar is doing the right thing by encouraging small time films.
While Rajamouli is presently directing Ram Charan and NTR in RRR, Sukumar will next join hands with Allu Arjun for an untitled flick.
