Power Star Pawan Kalyan after the shock defeat of him and his party Janasena in the recent elections in Andhra Pradesh, after a brief silence, started analyzing the reasons for the results. In his internal review, Pawan felt that the party policies didn’t reach the people as expected and so decided to start his own fortnightly. He also asked the cadre not to lose heart but to concentrate on the upcoming local elections.

On his own defeat, Pawan felt though he contested from both Gajuwaka and Bhimavaram, he couldn't concentrate on both the constituencies due to lack of time and this resulted in his defeat. But many are wondering whether Pawan is right in this kind of analysis. Pawan might be right in saying that he couldn't campaign as he wished to win both the constituencies due to lack of time, but there is no denying the fact that he had been touring the entire state for more than six months even before the election schedule was announced.

He must have finalized the constituencies he should contest during that time itself. If he did not do, it shows his lack of planning. Apart from it, people irrespective of whether a leader campaigns or not, already makes their mind to vote for a party longtime before the election schedule.

They don’t bother about the candidates and they just vote for the party symbol. Pawan being the contestant had the added advantage as he is well known as a celebrity.

Even then Pawan lost and so there are other reasons to Pawan's defeat than he reasoning it out that he lost because he couldn't campaign in both the constituencies. Better Pawan go deep into this shock defeat and analyze it thoroughly so that such blunders do not happen in future.
