Vijayashanthi Misses Great Chance, Grabs Another One

Yesteryears top heroine Vijayashanthi bid adieu to Tollywood decades ago and had been busy with politics in subsequent days. Vijayashanthi, however, will be coming back to Tollywood with Prince Mahesh Babu's Sarileru Neekevvaru. She will be seen as Mahesh Babu's mother in the family entertainer. 

Vijayashanthi, nonetheless, divulged that she got an opportunity in a star hero's film six months ago and she had to reject it as she was busy campaigning for Telangana general elections then. 

Though Vijayashanthi hasn't disclosed the name of the film she got the opportunity, it is understood that she had missed Stylish Star Allu Arjun and ace director Trivikram's mega movie. Tabu has replaced Vijayashanthi now.The film is slated for release during Sankranthi season, next year.
