Maharshi 175 crores gross poster has made fans and anti fans nonplussed. Going by the details Maharshi makers released a poster recently that reads Rs.175 crores gross of the film. 

However, Prince Mahesh Babu, himself, proclaimed that Maharshi became the top grosser among his films within one week of its release. Previously, BAN poster was shown with Rs.238 crores gross collections in its full run. In such sense, BAN collections can be said fake.

In the meanwhile, producer Dil Raju stated that Maharshi collected Rs.100 crores share. But then, the film should have collected at least Rs.120 crores share for Rs.175 crores gross. As such, it can be understood that Rs.175 crores is a fake gross.

Dil Raju also said Maharshi would be breaching Rs.30 crore share mark in Nizam. Obviously, industry hit Rangasthalam's Rs.29 crores should have been crossed by Maharshi. But then, none of the audience in Nizam area opine Maharshi is an industry hit. In such case, Dil Raju is understood to have given bloated Rs.100 crores for Maharshi. Then which is the original share of Maharshi? According to trade experts, Maharshi has crossed Rs.90 crores and it may end up with Rs.100 crores in its full run.
