Very Poor Response to Lakshmi's NTR

RGV's Lakshmi's NTR had a decent run in Telangana state. Availing the advantage of controversial content and election season, the film got respectable collections in Telangana. 

Lakshmi's NTR, however, couldn't be released in Andhra Pradesh, as then TDP government didn't let the film get into theatres. As we know, the film showcased Chandrababu Naidu as an antagonist and the backstabber of late NTR. 

Since the Election Commission of India lifted model code of conduct and even TDP was also defeated, Lakshmi's NTR has hit the screens across AP on Friday.

With RGV's dismay, the film received very poor response from the audience. And more shockingly, most of the audience didn't even know about the release of the film. Since the season of elections has come to end and most the movie buffs have already watched the film through piracy CDs, audience have shown no interest in watching the film in AP now.
