Bollywood music director trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy opted out of young rebel star Prabhas’s highly anticipated flick Saaho being directed by Sujeeth. There were speculations that, Sujeeth was not happy with their work, so he had asked them to walk out of the project. But, it seems, there’s no truth in them.
It is learnt that, T Series which is releasing Saaho in Hindi is said to have come up with a proposal of roping in different music director for each song in the film. Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy who already composed three songs for the film hasn’t liked the proposal, as they don’t want to share credit with other composers. They even told makers of Saaho not to include their names in the title credits, which is the reason their names missed in recently released posters.
It is known that, T Series is one of the top music record label and film production companies in India. They give utmost priority to music and they bring in crazy composers on board to compose each song in their film which is their market strategy to promote them.
Likewise, when they proposed the idea of giving one song each to SS Thaman and Ghibran, Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy trio has said no. The music directors have also told the production team that, they don’t have any qualms if their songs are used in the film. But, their only condition is not to include their name in title credits.
Saaho is almost done with talkie part and the film co-starring Shraddha Kapoor and Evelyn Sharma is scheduled for grand release on August 15th.
