The balance sheets of TDP, YSRCP and Janasena have been prepared by top rated Chartered Accountants of AP. Following is the brief report of TDP, YCP and Janasena parties' expenditure of general elections.
* TDP expended a total of Rs.20000 crores. However, Rs.15000 crores were taken from AP's exchequer. The TDP government spent Rs.9000+ crores for Pasupu Kunkuma scheme alone while it spent Rs.6000 crores for other schemes. On a whole, Rs.15000 crores public fund was wasted for TDP's electioneering. The balance Rs.5000 crores were used by MLA and MP contestants from their own properties. Party's fund is also included in the list.
* YSRCP is buzzed to have expended Rs.10000 crores which includes MLA and MPs own properties and party's fund. The party used this fund to distribute money to the voters, gifts for local leaders and for food and liquor for most of the activists who attended for public meets.
* Janasena is said to have incurred between Rs.50 crores and Rs.70 crores for entire electioneering. Most of the MLA and MP contestants spent in lakhs while some more contestants campaigned with the party fund offered by high command. However, a few rich contestants expended their own money to a bit high for the victory. Even then, the amount is meagre comparing with the money spent by TDP and YSRCP contestants.
