Why Protests Against Kajal’s Sita?

Teja who is known for his bold and powerful films is getting ready to surprise all with his bold entertainer Sita which is slated for a grand release on May 24th. The film stars Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas, Kajal Agarwal and Mannara Chopra in the lead, while RX 100 beauty Payal Rajput will be seen sizzling in a special song.

The film's teasers and trailers shocked all with the bold content and raw dialogues. Already reports are coming that Teja designed Kajal's character as a modern day Sita. Kajal plays the central character Sita, a ruthless business woman who wouldn’t heSitate to kill someone for profit. “In Ramayana, Sita crosses a boundary line that’s set for her. But here, Sita draws the boundaries for others,” explains Teja.

Now ahead of Sita release, BJYM activists started protesting ban on the film accusing the filmmakers of hurting the sentiment of the Hindus. They demanded strict action against the filmmakers failing which they threatened to intensify agitation against the film at the theatres.
