Nightmares Of Mahesh's Shades

Generally all the films of Mahesh Babu faces the same complaints. His films remind movie lovers his previous hits. Now Mahesh's milestone 25th film Maharshi too is facing similar complaints. Thefilm reminded Srimanthudu, Bharat Ane Nenu and talk came that Mahesh's characterization too remained the same.

Irrespective of the film's collections, it was proven once again that the directors understood Mahesh Babu only in a uni dimensional mode. Mahesh believed Srikanth Addala after he presented him a hit like  Seetamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu, but he shocked all by coming with Brahmotsavam in which he made Mahesh Babu deliver both the characters dialogues of Srimanthudu in Brahmotsavam. This backfired completely and Brahmostavam turned out to be a disaster. 

Similarly Mahesh teamed with Srinu Vaitla for Aagadu after he presented him blockbuster like Dookudu. But he gave a shock by similar Dookudu shades in Aagadu. Mahesh had a bad experience of experimenting Pokiri shades in Athidi. Even Koratala Siva faced similar allegations with Mahesh's Srimanthudu and Bharat Ane Nenu but since he came with different genre stories, he minimized the impact.

Now Maharshi is reminding movie lovers of all his hit films. Fans are experiencing scares as to which Mahesh's old film will his upcoming entertainer with Anil Ravipudi remind of. Maharshi narration just passed through the moments and the film has many loopholes. Lack of novelty and traces of Mahesh’s hit films are the biggest drawbacks.

Except for the college backdrop, Mahesh looked the same like how he appeared in Srimanthudu and Bharat Ane Nenu. His acting and looks turned monotonous. Mahesh basically does moody roles and his expressions too remain the same. He attained stardom with such performance and is known to attract all with his expressions in a silent manner.

He won Nandi award with such performance in Athadu. However repeating similar performance tests the patience of the movie lovers. Analysts feel Mahesh is falling in the trap of monotony. In between Pokiri and Khaleja showed Mahesh in a different manner but he once again shifted to monotony.

Almost all directors are trying to show handsome and charming person Mahesh in a stylish manner as a super rich person. Even when Mahesh does mass characters, his looks are not changing. His body language, walking style, getting down from vehicles, all follows a template. 

Hero elevation is increasing and Mahesh is moving away from casual acting. One cannot say who is at fault whether Mahesh or the directors but if he continues in the same manner, he will get many more shocks in future.
