Will Chiru Ditch Siva For Shankar?

Shankar is one of favorite directors of megastar Chiranjeevi who desired to work with him. The megastar himself revealed the same at various occasion and when Shankar expressed his wish to work with Chiru recently, the latter asked the former to come up with a commercial subject. What’s more Chiru is said to have told Shankar that if the story will be pleasing, his son Ram Charan will produce it in association with Allu Aravind.

Shankar who has few stories with him is planning to approach Chiru soon with a full script. He is said to be asking Chiru whether there’s any possibility of commencing the film in the second half of 2019. However, Chiru doesn’t want to ditch Koratala Siva who has been waiting for him for almost a year.

It is known that, Chiranjeevi will next work with Koratala Siva who already completed script work for the film, but is fine-tuning it now. Ram Charan will bankroll the project that is likely to go on sets from June, after Chiru wraps up remaining works of his dream project Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy directed by Surender Reddy.

On the flip side, Shankar has been going through toughest phase in his career. His last few films bombed miserably at box office. Significantly, his ongoing film Bharateeyudu 2 with Kamal Haasan has been put on hold. Nobody known whether this film will ever go to sets as Kamal is busy with politics and producers are asking Shankar to make the film within the budget they are offering.

Depressed with these happenings, Shankar decided to make a film with Chiru. But, he wants to start the project at the earliest. Nonetheless, Chiru who too is delighted to work with Shankar is asking the director to wait till he wraps up Koratala Siva’s project. What will Shankar decide now?
