Padara Padara song released yesterday is the only track that somewhat pleased superstar Mahesh Babu fans. None of the songs released earlier were soothing. Devi Sri Prasad has been coming up with poor audio albums of late and his work for Maharshi too is substandard, except for Padara Padara song.
Mahesh Babu is in immense pressure as teaser and lyrical videos got mixed response. So, the team is making full efforts to bring back positive buzz on the film. They are hoping to awe movie buffs with a gripping theatrical trailer that will be released during pre-release event of the film on May 1st at People’s Plaza.
Apparently, complete burden is put on Editor Praveen KL who is currently busy finalizing ‘final cut’ of the film as well as trailer cut to be out on May Day. Mahesh directed to include some spellbinding scenes in the trailer. Praveen also has another big task as runtime exceeded 3 hours.
Actually, the run-time of the first edit was nearly four hours. They are said to have reduced its time to 3.20 hours. Nonetheless, Mahesh Babu asked the editor to delete few boring and unwanted scenes to bring its runtime below 3 hours, given that it’s tough to engage audience for such lengthy time.
But, the first biggest task for Praveen is he needs to come up with an intriguing trailer that should change prospect on Maharshi.
