Sai Dharam Tej, Kalyani Priyadarshan and Nivetha Pethuraj starrer youthful romantic entertainer Chitralahari directed by Kishore Tirumala under Mythri Movie Makers is releasing today. Chitralahari is special for Sai Dharam Tej for a lot of reasons. In fact, he has his hopes pinned on this film to break the flop streak.

Sai Dharam Tej has undergone a makeover for the film. He has changed his screen name to Sai Tej. He is said to have dropped 'Dharam' from his name for good luck. When the trailer of Chitralahari was unveiled, it went viral because it dealt with a relatable topic. In the film, Sai Dharam Tej plays the role of Vijay, who is dejected in life. Now, this hit home with many youngsters and the trailer became a huge hit.

Samantha and Naga Chaitanya's Majili is the only film for now that is successfully running in theatres. If Chitralahari has a decent storyline, it is sure to enjoy a great run at the box office this summer.
