Sai Dharam Tej after scoring few hits at his starting stage of career is under tremendous pressure after a double hat trick of flops. He took his time and listened to various scripts, before signing Kishore Tirumala’s Chitralahari which is releasing in a couple of days worldwide.
Seems like, Sai Dharam Tej who is in desperate need of a success is seeking sympathy from Telugu movie buffs. Whenever he is addressing media he is mentioning the six flops he had in succession. Although he doesn’t need to talk about his flops now, SDT is leaving no single opportunity to score a hit.
Interestingly, Sai Dharam Tej will be seen as a failure youngster named Vijay in Chitralahari. Apparently, SDT is still in the hangover of the character. Fortunately, the film’s promotional content was well received and it has done good pre-release business.
The Supreme hero made another interesting revelation that, the change in his name to Sai Tej will be only for this particular film and he will again be called as Sai Dharam Tej for his next movies. “Given that, Chitralahari is a cool romantic entertainer, we wanted a shortened name for protagonist. For my next films, my name will remain original as Sai Dharam Tej.”
It has to be seen whether SDT’s flop streak ends with Chitralahari!
