Super Star Mahesh Babu’s 25th film is being made on highest budget in the actor’s career which is a known news. Makers of the film to recover the investment are asking heavy prices from buyers for distribution rights.
As per a latest update, a distributor named S Narasimha has bought Maharshi Ceded rights for whopping Rs 12.6 crores which is highest ever for the actor. Mahesh Babu’s last movie Bharat Ane Nenu with extreme positive reviews collected a lifetime share of Rs 9.90 Cr from the region. So, the ceded distributor is taking huge risk by investing fancy amount.
Maharshi is produced by three popular producers Dil Raju, Ashwini Dutt and PVP. Vamsi Paidipally is directing the film which is in last leg of shoot. Pooja Hegde and Sonal Chauhan are female leads, wherein Allari Naresh will be seen as Mahesh Babu’s best friend.
Maharshi is slated for a grand release on May 9th.
