NTR Kathanayakudu and Mahanayakudu films scripted a new history among super flop films of India. Both the movies appeared to have got good hype prior to their releases. Critics were also quite magnanimous in rating both the films. Irrespective of some setbacks, director Krish has done his best to present the film as per Balakrishna's wish.
Barring all the positive factors, both the films failed to attract audiences. What made both the films were blatantly rejected by the audience?
According to political and cine observers, current generation is not much aware of NTR. Even if they have got any knowledge at all about NTR, they understood him just as a political party's (Tdp) leader while some detractors thought him a caste based leader.
Whatsoever, a sort of negativity has created connecting the words NTR and Tdp. If at all Chandrababu Naidu and other Tdp leaders indulge in stereotype flattery on NTR praising him as Devudu, it will work adversely on Tdp's prospects and may do a great harm to the party.
As a result, some genuine well wishers are advising Tdp leaders not to use NTR's name anymore for upcoming general elections. It appears the best advice in the recent past for Tdp. Let's see if Tdp accept the advice of its well wishers or not.
